In PowerPoint 2007 you can insert a movie, which will be played within the presentation.
Movies can be inserted in two ways: from a file or from the clip organizer.




   1. First click on the Insert tab along the ribbon.




   2. Then click Movie. Two options will be given for inserting a movie: Movie from File and
      Movie from Clip Organizer.




   3. Inserting a Movie from a File


      1
    a. Click Movie from File.




    b. Navigate to the movie clip. Click on the movie clip that will be inserted into the
       presentation. Then click OK.




    c. Click on how you want the movie to start in the slide show: Automatically or
       When Clicked.

4. Inserting a movie from the clip organizer




       a. Click Movie from Clip Organizer.




       b. A Clip Art box will appear on the right side of the screen.

    c. In the “Search for box”, type in the item you are searching for.




    d. Click the dropdown arrow in the “Results should be” box.




    e. Make sure that Movies has a check next to it.

       f. Click Go.




       g. A new set of options will appear along the right side of the screen. Click once on
          the movie you wish to include.




5. The size of the movie can be adjusted. Click once on the movie clip so that a box appears
   around the image. Once the box appears, click and drag a corner of the image.
