                                  发展腐植酸类有机肥 提高化肥利用率

弃物生产氨基酸类有机无机复合肥;利用泥炭、 褐煤、 风化煤、 蒿秆、 木屑等生产腐植酸类有机无机复合肥;发
展精制生物有机肥;而功能型生物有机肥将开辟有机肥料新领域。

Developing organic fertilizer with humic acid-types to improve utilization ratio of chemical fertilizer

Abstract: The important roles of humic acid-type organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound
fertilizer are discussed to improve utilization ratio of chemical fertilizer and soil fertility. The
amino acid-type organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is manufactured by using of food industry wastes;
humic acid-type organic-inorganic compound fertilizer is produced by using of peat,lignite,weathered
coal,straw,and sawdust,etc;and refined bio-organic fertilizer is developed.Functional bio-organic
fertilizer will be a new variety of organic fertilizers.

                     磷资源加工研究进展: 6.利用磷石膏生产高强度砌块及储能砌块

[摘 要]介绍利用磷石膏为原料生产高强度石膏砌块的基本原理、 工艺流程及工业化进展。 该材料制成的标砖强
度可达到 10 MPa,且工艺流程节能。 同时讨论了石膏相变储能砌块的基本原理与研究情况。 相变储能材料以微胶
囊形式与石膏结合,温度控制点约 19 ℃,并可根据要求进行调整,是一种智能型的温控建筑材料。

                        Research progress of phosphate resource processing:
  6. Productions of high-strength building blocks and energy storage blocks from phosphogypsum

Abstract: The productive principle of high-strength building blocks from phosphogypsum as well as its
process and progress in industry are introduced. The strength of the standard brick produced from this
material can reach to 10 MPa with the energy-saving process. Meanwhile the basic principle and research
progress of energy storage blocks from phosphogypsum are discussed. The microcapsules including phase
variation material combines with gypsum and forms a intelligent material which can control the block
temperature of 19 ℃.

                  利用磷酸三丁酯在硫酸-磷酸体系中萃取净化低浓度湿法磷酸工艺的研究

[摘 要]研究了利用磷酸三丁酯在硫酸-磷酸体系中萃取净化低浓度湿法磷酸工艺, 获得了萃取性能较好的萃取
体系。 实验表明, 稀释剂(煤油)添加量为磷酸三丁酯与稀释剂总质量的 10%时, 萃取净化较佳工艺条件为: 萃

取相比 4,萃取温度 40 ℃,搅拌时间 15 min, 硫酸添加量为原料湿法磷酸的 1%; SO4 去除率 ~80%, Fe、                                   Al 去
除率 99%以上, P2O5 损失率约 60%, 所得净化稀磷酸 P2O5 7.5%, 可作为热法磷酸吸收剂。

Study on purification of low concentration WPA by TBP in the sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid system

Abstract: The purification of low concentration WPA by TBP in the sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid system
is studied,and the extraction system with better extraction properties is obtained.The results
show:with the diluent(kerosene)addition amount on 10% of TBP and diluent,extraction phase ratio of
4,temperature of 40 ℃,mixing time of 15min,the sulfuric acid recruitment of 1% (mass fraction of

material WPA), SO4 removal rate of about 80%, and the Fe, Al removal rates of above 99%,the P2O5 loss
rate of about 60%, dilute phosphoric acid of 7.5% P 2O5 can be used as the absorbent for thermal-process
phosphoric acid(TPA).

        Analysis on market demand for fused calcium magnesium phosphate in China

meanwhile some suggestions are proposed.

                      美国 BADGER 湿法磷酸工艺快速萃取结晶技术的开发与应用研究

了原设计使用优质云南晋宁擦洗磷矿条件下的设计值。

Abstract: In view of the poor adaptation of imported BADGER WPA process for Yunnan and Guizhou mixed
phosphate rock with low phosphorus,high impurities,research and development of the rapid
crystallization process of phosphoric acid are focused on,and applied to practice,good results are
achieved. The plant capacity is improved by 25%, extraction rate of phosphorus and the total recovery
of phosphorus reaches the original design values with high-quality Yunnan Jinning phosphate rock.

    Analysis on ball-forming reason in granulation drying kiln and its countermeasures

均能正常生产。 在 φ(SO2)4.5%条件下,做到长期自热平衡,转化率达 99.9%。 对于 φ(SO2)≤5%的气体,可简化为二
转二吸,2 + 1(ⅢⅠ-Ⅱ)流程。

Abstract: A double transformation and double absorption process with φ(SO2) 4.8% ~ 8% for sulfuric
acid production designed for metal smelter is introduced,which operates with low or high SO 2
concentration. With φ(SO2)of 4.5%,long time self-thermal balance can be obtained,convertion rate is
up to 99.9%;with φ(SO2)≤ 5%,the process can be simplified to double transformation and double
absorption,2+1(Ⅲ Ⅰ-Ⅱ).

变化的影响,而电炉设计参数、 物料组分、 配比、 操作方法决定炉内电阻变化。 提出生产管理和操作者必须理论
联系实际,注意观察生产过程中的每一个细节,全面、 综合考虑分析炉况,使制磷电炉在最佳状态下运行。

                       Study on the distributions of electric current and
            heat in phosphorus furnace and its effect on the operation of the furnace

Abstract: Based on the analysis of electric consumption,distributions of electric current and heat
in phosphorus furnace and the energy conversion from electricity to heat,it is considered that the
fluctuations of electric current and heat with the changing,electric resistance concerned in the design
parameters of furnace,materials composition,mixture ratio and the operation method.So the managers
and the operators should integrate theory with practice,observe the production process of every
detail,and comprehensively analyze the situation of electric furnace,to ensure that the furnace is
running in the best condition.

              复肥生产埋床式管状反应器的结构及设计——节能、 减碳、 降成本、 增肥效之实绩

[摘 要]TVA 改良法的埋床式管状反应器系一将硫酸与合成氨先行分别分散, 再令其反应进入粒化机内的滚动料
床内,化学反应完全,化学反应热利用率高。 从使用埋床式管状反应器的台湾厂与大陆使用悬空式管状反应器的
类似工厂的比较,大陆类似工厂若改用埋床式管状反应器,年产量 10 万 t 的粒状复合肥厂,每年可因使用低价原料,
减少动力、 燃料、 蒸汽消耗而减少支出 2 100 多万元,并可提高产量 72%。 由于 TVA 改良法的化学造粒,成品颗粒
坚硬耐水,肥素缓释,并可减少对河川的污染。

  Structure of buried-bed tubular reactor for production of compound fertilizer and its design
      —— Practice of energy-saving, carbon-reducing, cost-decreasing and effect-increasing

Abstract: In TVA improved process of buried-bed tubular reactor, sulfuric acid and ammonia are
distributed to react individually, and then put into rolling bed of granulator. The process has the
advantages of complete chemical reaction and high utilization rate of chemical reaction heat. The
operation comparison between the plant with buried-bed tubular reactor in Taiwan and that with festoon
tubular reactor in the Mainland indicates that if buried-bed tubular reactor is adopted,in the plant

RMB yuan of expenditure can be reduced for the use of low-cost raw materials and the lower consumption
of power,fuel and steam,at the same time,the yield can be increased by 72%. Improved as a result of
TVA chemical granulation, the finished products are water proof, nutrients sustained-release and less
pollution to rivers.

Abstract: According to the livestock and poultry manure features and project experiences,the technology
and equipment system for organic-inorganic compound fertilizer production are presented,the technical
requirements for key equipments are also introduced in detail. It is considered that aerobic
fermentation should adopt the double stages composting process, including channel-type and
windrow-type fermentation; the flat die pelleting technology should be as the core for the continuous
system of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer production,with reducing energy consumption and
improving production environment.

Abstract: A new solid state gas-liquid compound fertilizer from the raw materials of NH 4HCO3, KH2PO4
is described,with w(N + P2O5 + K2O)≥25%,w(CO2)≥25%. It can provide gas fertilizer of CO 2 for crops
photosynthesis in greenhouse where has no ventilation, and the remained liquid organic fertilizer can
be sprayed. Production principle, main technical index and fertilizer effect are introduced, it will
improve the development of greenhouse fertilization technology greatly.

施用包裹型缓 / 控释肥(包裹肥料)对产量、 土壤无机氮和氮肥利用效率的影响,并对冬小麦施用包裹型缓 / 控
释肥效果进行评价。 结果表明:与传统氮素管理方式相比,优化氮素管理方式和包裹肥料处理在分别节省了 78%
和 67%的氮肥的条件下,获得了和传统氮素管理方式相似的冬小麦子粒产量;采用氮素优化管理模式和施用包裹
肥料显著降低了土壤无机氮残留和氮素表观损失,从而显著提高了氮肥利用率;与优化氮素管理方式相比,施用包
裹肥料可一次性基施,省时省力,提高了经济效益。

Abstract: A big-plots field experiment is conducted to evaluate the winter wheat yield, soil Nmin and
nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) influenced by a coated slow / controlled fertilizer, compared with no
nitrogen, optimized and conventional nitrogen management. The main results are as follows: compared
with conventional nitrogen management,there is 78% nitrogen fertilizer saving in optimized nitrogen
management and 67% in coated slow / controlled fertilizer treatment,without concomitant reductions
in winter wheat grain yield.The soil residues Nmin and apparent N losses are decreased by the optimized
nitrogen management and coated slow / controlled fertilizer treatment while nitrogen use efficiency
is dramatically increased.Coated fertilizer treatment obtains higher economic benefit through one time
basal fertilization and saving labor inputs compared with the optimized nitrogen management.

                            控释尿素对小麦增产效果与提高氮肥利用率的研究

Abstract: As an inorganic colloid, sodium silicate is widely used as an inhibitor of gangue minerals
such as quartz, silicate etc., sludge dispersant and pH value adjustment agent for the beneficiation
of phosphate rock. Sodium silicates with different modulus are used as inhibitors and dispersants for
Yunnan Jinning phosphate rock beneficiation, in which, high-modulus sodium silicate (modulus of 3.1)
has the highest beneficiation efficiency, it is more effective.
