					                                                                           MINI-SURVEY UNICE DAY
PURPOSE OF THIS QUESTIONNAIRE

The results of this survey will be used as a communication tool to assert the business message to European policy-makers
Results would be used in particular to kick off discussions in the different panels during the UNICE Day on 17 October 2006
Results would also be used as the backbone of the UNICE Day brochure, complementing more general analytical material on the internal market, European competitiveness and trade policy
Results will receive wide press coverage all over Europe

HOW TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE

This survey is designed to be answered within 15 minutes maximum
The questionnaire will be sent to a selection of private sector companies all over Europe
Completing the survey will not require intensive search for relevant information
Whenever the questionnaire refers to "you", please respond from the point of view of your company
All data will be anonymous

We strongly recommend filling out the survey in electronic format, directly in this Excel file. If this is not possible, data may also be collected
via other modes (mail and fax)
