Roxul Techton1200 is a non-combustible mineral wool pipe insulation with
a melting point of approximately 2150°F (1177°C). It possesses excellent
fire resistant properties and is designed for steam and process pipe
systems operating at up to 1200°F (650°C) where energy conservation,
protection of personnel, and acoustical controls are of critical importance.
WaTER and MoIsTuRE REsIsTanT
Made from hydrophobically-treated mineral wool, Roxul Techton1200 is                                          FPO
non-corrosive and will not absorb water or hold moisture. In these harsh,
“moisture intense” environments, Roxul Techton1200 delivers lasting
performance because its insulating value is not compromised by water
and/or moisture under design conditions.

In conditions where noise control is also an important factor, Roxul
Techton1200’s unique non-directional fibre composition and density,
coupled with tight, seamless joints, make it an effective barrier
