 Limit the number of horses on residential properties
 Establish ordinance guidelines requiring minimum
maintenance standards for animal and yard care to
minimize excess dust, odor, noise, and other
    nuisances in neighborhood.
Recommendations

 New ordinances should be designed to prevent
extremes rather then change current way of
    life.
 Remember to accentuate Huntsville's historic
rural feel when creating new animal and
    nuisance ordinances
 Be financially conscious when it comes to
developing ways to enforce new and existing
    ordinances.
