HMV, Preston                                                          2003-present
Sales Director.

Manging sales of the Preston HMV store. Responsible for achieving the turnover
target, managing the store’s sales team, supervising logistics. Addtionally:
            Devising and implementing new sales initiatives (two of them were
              implemented in all UK stores in England)
            Testing for the whole HMV chain the new sales organisation
            Conducting trainings for new hires for HMV salespeople in Northern &
              Central England
            Contribution to creation of the comprehensive training programme for
              salespeople

Assisting Manager in daily supervision of the store: preparation of daily turnover
