What is Vastu?

Vastu is an ancient method of living harmoniously with the nature. It is the science or
study of the communion between human mind body and soul with the environment that is
the science of human existence vis-à-vis the larger cosmos. It is an art which takes care of
space, elements, energy, direction, shape, size, position, environment, clothes, utility of
space etc. Ancient books like MAYAMATAM, RAJA VALLABH SARNI,
VISHKARMA PRAKASH, SAMARANGAN SUTRA, BHOJ SAMHITA ETC. gives a
deep insight of that day living and their understanding of the nature.

From ancient days to modern civilization with the evolution of living conditions humans
are changing, learning to live in harmonious living conditions. Even birds, animals, and
reptiles they make their houses, shelters, and caves according to their body, needs and
nature. Then how can we humans left out?
