Exhibit Dates, Times & Location
The exhibit hall is in the Palladian and Diplomat Ballrooms (Lobby Level).
The halls are carpeted with a 13.6’ ceiling in the Palladian and 15.2’ ceiling in the Diplomat.
This area will be the location of the breaks and poster presentations.

Cancellation Policy:

Should I cancel my booth or tabletop after midnight, June 4, 2010, I understand
that I will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. If I cancel my booth or
tabletop space after midnight, July 1, 2010, I understand that I will forfeit the
entire exhibit fee.
