									Weekly Planning for Week Starting Monday, _________________

The best time to plan your week is on Sunday evening. It is good practice to set aside a minimum of 20
minutes to schedule your week. There are 3 crucial things that you should do at the beginning of each
work week. You must schedule time in your calendar for your business, create action targets and use
StepTracker and make a list of who you are going to contact.


Every morning continue this process by spending 5 to 10 minutes reviewing your schedule for the day
and make any necessary adjustments.


Schedule Time for Your Business


It is important to plan time for your business. Without doing this, it is easy to let days slip by without
progress. You can use your own calendar (i.e. Outlook Calendar on your computer, Palm Pilot, calendar
of choice) or this simple grid below to block out when you are going to work. Use this calendar to help
you determine how much time you have available for your business in an average week. In each square
below, write in the number of available hours.

of your choice, schedule in the activities that you are doing in those hours.
