For promotion to all levels, every new recruit in any base shop in your hierarchy counts
as $1,000 in premium after receiving an insurance license, producing at least 1 sale, and
attending a FasTrack Training Seminar. Previously licensed reps count only if joining
below AVP level in a base shop.

NDA, EVP, and Base Shop Bonuses
NDA Organization Bonus
NDA Organization Bonus persentase berdasar pada produksi dari seluruh organisasi NDA yang
pertama di dalam setiap hirarki. pada setiap hirarki NDA menerima kredit produksi di setiap
downline NDA di dalam organisasi mereka. Satu NDA menerima 100% kredit produksi di

Guidelines:

      Pada akhir suatu kalender tahun, jika satu EVP mempunyai satu organisasi bahwa sudah
       menghasilkan 100% dari premi tahunan yang diperlukan untuk menerima suatu bonus,
       EVP itu akan menerima suatu bonus berdasar pada 100% dari tingkatan bonus yang

      Bonus berdasar pada produksi setengah tahunan akan dibayar di dalam 90 hari

Examples:
1.       Jika anda mempunyai $125,000 dari Paid Premium melalui Juni 30th, anda di langkah

Commissions Limitations Period
The Commissions Limitations Period ("CLP") limits the initial commission payout for a
fixed annuity sale to a maximum (cumulative) of $10,000.00 to the entire hierarchy for a
30 day period following the commission statement date. Any additional commissions still
owed to the selling agent and hierarchy will be paid following the 30 day limitation
period. This assures all of us that we are through the "Right of Examination Period" (Free
Look Period) and the contract is in force prior to payment of an extremely large
commission that could create a detrimental chargeback before the client's grace period is
over.

Commission Restrictive States: Due to some state specific first year commission rate
restrictions, “Year 1” commissions will be paid at a lower rates than the above schedule.
As a result, subsequent year commissions may be paid at higher rates. This applies to the

Limited Pay Policies: Genworth – commission rates apply to 50% of the premium;
John Hancock – commission rates apply to 60% of the premium; MedAmerica –
Separate commission percentages listed on Carriers schedule; MetLife – 1st year
commission on lifetime pay amount; renewal rates 2-10 paid on excess; Mutual of
