COMPANY PROFILE
 The company was formed under the companies
  ordinance on 5th January 1996. Zahra was formed
  to do business in securities, information
  technology and communications business.
 Initially Zahra become the local agent for Tel Labs
  and Video Tronics equipments in Pakistan in
  1996.
 Zahra applied for Data and Networking license to
  ministry of communications and subsequently to
  PTA . Upon receiving the license Zahra started the
  data and also an ISP provider under the name of
  U.NET.
         COMPANY PROFILE (contd.)

   Zahra hold’s the broadband frequency in 10 channels from
    PTA in the range of 10.5 GHz. Zahra intends to provide
    inter city broad band networking.

 Zahra is the agent of G2G USA a subsidiary of Pan Am
  Sat. Leased one of its satellite to Government of Pakistan
  known as PAK SAT-1. A new company was formed in
  2002 .
 Recently in July 2006 Pan Am Sat has merged in Intelsat,
  so Zahra now became the local agent of Intelsat.

   Zahra communications is a BOO partner with NTC for
    project Horizon.
