Did you ever have one of those nights when you simply cannot sleep? Well I have. What
generally crops up investing in me is I lay there and my mind races from one topic to another.
Soon, all I can think is, "I'm gong to be so tired tomorrow!". It seems the more I try, the less

the breathing. What you should do is think about only the air going in and out of your body.
Concentrate on the detail of the sensation as the air goes through your nose. This is meant to
get your mind focused in one place. Its not going to be easy. Your mind WILL wonder. Help

That's ok as long as you return your concentration to your breathing as soon as you realize
you've lost focus. It might even seem counterproductive at first. You might find that the effort
to focus on your breathing is making it impossible to go to sleep. This might be true at first,
but if you continue to stick with it, as time passes you will start to feel it work. Help Falling

It will become easier to focus on your breathing, and actually once you can focus and think
about nothing else, that's when sleep will come! So I hope this will help with falling asleep
