Reminder: Chapter Ambassador Program. This exciting new program provides a portion of
the revenue from any AIIM product or services as revenue to our local chapter. When you purchase
a membership, a training course, a benchmarking study, or post a job listing in the Job Center our
local chapter will receive a portion of the revenue. To register your purchases for our chapter
please enter OLDDOMINION in the appropriate field when you make your purchase. For
larger purchases, like a private class or company membership, just collect participant names, contact
and purchase information; then email that to Jessica Lombardo [jlombardo@AIIM.ORG].

   About this Event:

   An emerging trend in electronic records management is the use of advanced auto-
   classification tools. Many RM professionals are skeptic as to the value and reliability of
   these tools. This presentation will provide an in-depth analysis of how these tools work
   followed by an overview of a successful proof of concept for the U.S. Army.
      About our Speaker:

                           Mr. McGovern has 30 years of direct program management and
                           executive experience in public and private sector organizations
                           specializing in information management and information
                           technologies for commercial and government organizations. He
                           has extensive knowledge and direct experience in the
                           development and deployment of large-scale information
                           management solutions, related legal and regulatory requirements,
                           international/national standards and best practices.

Menu:     The Bull & Bear Lunch Buffet: Consists of 2 soups, 3 entries, extensive salad

Cost: This meeting is $20 to AIIM/ARMA members and $25 for all non-members and
Guests.

Parking: Parking is available behind the Bull and Bear at the RMA Deck on Canal Street
between 9th and 10th Street for $2 an hour.

Reservations: By Friday, March12th, at 3:00PM. Please provide your name,
organization, whether you are an AIIM member, and if you will be bringing a guest. To
