And I bind myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to forever warrant and defend the title to above-described property, accounts, expirations, records and goodwill set out above to the extent of my undivided _________ interest in it to _________, and _________'s heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, against every person lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part of it.
