TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(2) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS AT PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 6, COMMUNITY OF LLAY
The Wrexham County Borough Council hereby gives notice that from midnight on Sunday 24 July 2005 to midnight on Sunday 14 August 2005, or until the required works are complete if sooner:No pedestrians shall proceed along that part of public footpath No. 6 in the Community of Llay, from grid reference 33315 35609 in a northerly direction for approximately 95 metres to the B5102 (Llay Road) at grid reference 33307, 35615, as shown by a bold black line between points A and B on the map attached. The reason for the closure is in the interests of public safety, whilst works are carried out to replace a collapsed culvert below the B5102. The alternative route for pedestrians is via Acacia Court. Dated this 22 July 2005
