PEST CONTROL NOTICE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTENSIVE SERVICE FOR ROACHES

Your residence will be serviced______/______/______ between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

PRIOR TO SERVICE
 Empty all kitchen cabinets. Remove and empty all drawers (the stove drawer too) of all food, dishes, cookware etc. Put everything on the table or floor area away from the walls, and cover with a sheet or blanket to protect from the pesticide. Clear counter of all appliances except Microwave. Remove all items from on top and above cabinets. Remove shelf paper or liner if possible. Wash all cabinets, cupboards and drawers thoroughly before service. Remove all items from the bathroom medicine cabinet and vanity. If you have pests in closets, bedroom, storage area or dresser drawers, please leave a note on the fridge and empty these places for your health and protection. Please plan to vacate your apartment for a minimum of one hour following service. PETS: FISH - cover tank with plastic wrap, unplug air pumps and cover with a towel or blanket. DOGS, TURTLES, HAMSTERS, BIRDS must be REMOVED from the unit during treatment. Put CATS in the bedroom, close door and seal with a towel. Cover and store all PET FOOD AND DISHES. Small children, persons with respiratory problems and/or allergies must vacate the premises during the service treatment. Please plan to leave for 1-4 hours. If you are PREGNANT or use OXYGEN please call the office before service.
