Program, Course and Certification fees are non-refundable. Students can transfer courses
during the first week after enrollment. A processing fee of five dollars ($5.00) will be
charged for each transfer request. Transfer is not granted automatically. You need to send
your request to support via email or phone prior to the transfer deadline. You will then get
the confirmation email from us.

You can start the course anytime after the payment of fees.
The courses are open and available for three months from the date of purchase. After the
three month period, access will be denied to the online education portal.
How Liberty Institution Works:
The remote classroom environment is based on Web Conference and Moodle technology, a
threaded messaging system. Mentors post lectures, reading selections, and hands-on
assignments in the online education portal and deliver classes via remote classroom.
Students can discuss the assignments with the instructor and amongst themselves in the
discussion area. Students can apply for the completion certificate after finishing the class.
