Home Water LLC (Home), has filed a complete tariff rewrite for its water utility (TA8-386). In Docket U-07-1 the Commission approved a transfer of certificate of public convenience
and necessity from Danny Ray and Kathy Jane Jolliffe d/b/a Jolliffe Water (Jolliffe) to Home. In TA8-386, Home proposes to adopt Joliffe's current tariff in its entirety.
