Please note that this info is provided to you in advance of the LHSFR, so that whoever wins the Queen Contest is aware that she should not purchase or order additional banners for the NHSFR, including the Queen Contest. Stephanie Rodrigue LA State Queen Coordinator

Due to the rule concerning banners for the state/province queens at the NHSFR, two official banners will be sent to your state/province to give to your queen to wear during the NHSFR and the national queen contest.

These banners will be shipped with other state/province awards, your state/province finals back numbers, NHSFR contestant packets and other information that is sent the first part of May to your state/province secretary. This is the only banner that your state/province queen can wear during the NHSFR and the National Queen Contest. It is a white banner with black lettering and identifies the state/province. The banner is provided at your state/province expense so an invoice will be sent with the banners in May.
