PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AND RELY ON A PREVIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT The City of Livermore Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following applications on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 3575 Pacific Avenue. 1. The application proposes increased housing affordability to qualify under density bonus provisions of State Law to propose additional dwellings above the maximum General Plan residential density of 23 dwellings.
