5:00 p.m. – Closed Meeting
Closed Meeting – Pursuant to §2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia of
1950, as amended, for the following purpose:

       1. Pursuant to subsection (A) (3) for discussion of acquisition of
          real property for public purposes where discussion in open
          meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or
          negotiating strategy of the public body.

       2. Pursuant to subsection (A) (7) for discussion with legal
          counsel regarding pending litigation where such consultation
          or briefing in open meeting would adversely affect the
          negotiating or litigating posture of the public body.

       3. Pursuant to subsection (A) (1) for discussion or consideration
          of prospective candidates for appointment to various boards
          and commissions.

         December 19, 2007, meeting from 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
      b. Consider the final Resolution for the Linhaven Circle Road Project
      c. Consider approving the Eastern Shore Community Services Board’s
         Performance Contract for FY2007
      d. Consider commenting on a proposed lease for a Department of
         Corrections Probation and Parole Office at 23328 Front Street
      e. Consider a drainage project in E. D. 4
      f. Consider the placement of “Watch for Children” signs at 23342 Lee
         Mont Road

      c. Proposed Wallops Research Park Rezoning and Future Land Use
         Map Amendments

14.   NEW BUSINESS
      a. Consider a Resolution for construction of a new roadway to connect
         Mill Dam Road within Wallops Research Park – Amy Bull, Wallops
         Research Park Project Manager, will address
      b. Consider discussion related to the STARS Communications Tower
      c. Consider a request from the Accomack County Fire and Rescue
         Commission to increase by $10,000 the County’s contribution to fire
         companies during the FY2009 budget cycle
      d. Consider a request from the County of Isle of Wight to support
         legislation to ban plastic bags
      e. Consider appointments
