Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Chelsea will hold a public hearing on Monday May 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 500 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150 for the purpose to amend Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 396 of the Acts of 2004. This concerns the City of Chelsea’s Scooter Ban.
