Notice to Remedy Breach of Covenants in Lease

Reference is made to the Lease Agreement dated Date of Original Lease Agreement (the "Lease") between the undersigned as landlord and the Name of Tenant as tenant in respect of the premises described as Describe Leased Premises. You are hereby notified that you are in breach of Paragraph or Section Number of Lease which is in Breach (ie. Paragraph 12), which provides that: Insert Provision of Lease which is in Breach Unless the said breach is remedied within Grace Period to Remedy Breach (ie. 10 days) of the date of this Notice, the undersigned reserves the right, without further notice, to exercise any and all remedies available to the undersigned under the Lease, including but not limited to the right to terminate the Lease.
