The following Christian Law "Lawful Discovery Notice and Public Servant Questionnaire" should be handed to any "person" who enters upon your Close of land without Authority and Warrant of and in God Our Father through Our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus, the Christ. This would include, but is not limited to, a "peace officer", IRS agent, Sheriff, Deputy, Code Enforcement Officer, civil process server, or any other "person" who is not a Good and Lawful Christian. Don't expect them to answer this questionnaire as to do so would establish evidence that they and their un-lawful agency or department officially recognize your Godly Authority over them as an Appointed Ministerial Officer of Christ Jesus. Do not enter into any conversation or answer any questions when confronted by these "persons". Attached to this should be a copy of the Christian Law "Posted Notice to All Breaking the Close over this land". You can find it at the end of this page. If you feel you must say something -of which no "law" requires you to say anything at all - you might tell them politely and in a Christ-like manner, Please

hand them the two items referenced above. If they continue to attempt to engage you in conversation or insist on knowing your "name" (the "name" they are referencing is not your Christian Appellation but a persona or misnomer spelled in all capital letters or with abbreviations), you might reply You don't know who I
am and I don't know who you are. This is why you were personally served with the notice of discovery now in your hands. I have nothing to say to you because
you are a stranger to me and I don't speak to strangers, or something close to
that effect. The point is to always invoke God's Word and His Laws into the matter. You may just simply reply: Since you are a stranger to Me, and I am a Good and Lawful
Christian, I am forbidden to speak with you unless you are of the Tree of Life. If
he shows you a "badge" or "Official Identification" and says that now you know who he is, reply As a Good and Lawful Christian I am exercising my Right of
Avoidance under God's Law. It is the Lord God who prohibits me from answering your questions.
This Posted Notice over your Close of land should only be posted on your dwelling house (which is not your statutory residence or domicile) or given to a Public Servant: [1] If you have established your location (not a commercial address) at general delivery; [2] If you have removed your mail box and - or street address numbers posted on your dwelling house (these signify commercial marks and venue); [3] If you are a Good and Lawful Christian sealed by the Holy Spirit of the Lord God. Showing these commercial venue marks on your dwelling house or having a commercial "free delivery" mailbox signify (by the Uniform Commercial Code and statute law) that you are within and of their jurisdiction, whereby your Posted Notice and Lawful Discovery are shammed and will have no effect.

Greetings in the Blessed Name and Authority of Our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus, the Christ, by His direction and Mandate and under His Warrant in His Testament, from one of His appointed Ministerial Officers, , a Good and Lawful Christian Man. Since I have no knowledge of your name, identity, Lawful authority, or intent for entering upon this Close of land and approaching the door post of this dwelling house without consent evidenced by Warrant in Law from God Our Father, through Our Sovereign Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, please supply the following information about yourself. Attached herewith is a posted notice to all who break the Close over this land. After you have completely answered all the questions and placed your Lawful Seal where required, you must respond by submitting this information and questionnaire directly to: , suae potestate esse, to be called for in general delivery. Thereafter, if and when it has been established that you entered upon this Close of land with Lawful consent evidenced by a Warrant in Law from Lord God, and not in any other name or the name of any stranger having no Rights of and in the Inheritance common among Good and Lawful Christians, you will be given consent to return to this Close under the Name of God Our Father through Our Sovereign Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ. , an obedient son of God Our Father solely by His Grace through Our Blessed Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus, the Christ, a Good and Lawful Christian Man and an appointed Ministerial Officer by Authority of the Lord God; to all breaking this Close of and over this His land, greetings from God Our Father, and His son Christ Jesus: In the Blessed Name and Authority of Our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus, the Christ, by His direction and Mandate and under His Warrant in His Testament, I hereby post the following at the gates to this Close of and over this land and on the door posts of the dwelling house therein: Whereas, the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, and His Intent manifested in His original Act in His Testament of bringing into being His Estate governs all derived from it; therefore when God Our Father sent His Son to execute His Testament according to His Will, so His Son sent into the world those called by Him from the foundation of the world for His Dignity, Glory, Majesty and purposes; and, Whereas, all Power in Heaven and in earth hath been committed to Christ Jesus by God Our Father, Who bestows the same upon those Whom He hath called and sent into the world in execution of, and to execute, the Righteous Judgments in His Holy Writ in His Name and under His Warrants contained therein; and, Whereas, as many as believe in, of and on His Son He gives power to become the sons of God by and through adoption, and a son hath Inheritance common in all other sons through and in Christ Jesus, therefore the Close of and over this land and all Rights in and of the Inheritance established by, through, and in Christ Jesus, have been willed by God Our Father, through our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus, the Christ, to and his seed in perpetuity; and,
