NOTICE OF SPECIAL PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE PUBLIC and to the news media pursuant to State Statute 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes that a SPECIAL PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING of the Village of Mazomanie will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in the Mazomanie Municipal Building, 133 Crescent Street, Mazomanie, Wisconsin. Agenda for such public meeting is as follows: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Proof of posting. 3. Roll call. 4. Public Hearing regarding: a. Discussion and possible action regarding changing the zoning of approximately 41 acres of land owned by Fred & Pamela Wolf and approximately 11 acres of land owned by John Wick from A-1 Agricultural/Holding District to I-1 Industrial District. b. Discussion and possible action regarding the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit on approximately 41 acres of land owned by Fred & Pamela Wolf and approximately 11 acres of land owned by John Wick for use as a manufacturing establishment. c. Discussion and possible action regarding the use of Tax Incremental Financing District funding for public works facilities and to otherwise support construction of a manufacturing establishment on approximately 41 acres of land owned by Fred & Pamela Wolf and approximately 11 acres of land owned by John Wick. 5. Close public hearing at approximately 7:10 p.m. 6. Plan Commission meeting regarding: d. Discussion and possible action regarding changing the zoning of approximately 41 acres of land owned by Fred & Pamela Wolf and approximately 11 acres of land owned by John Wick from A-1 Agricultural/Holding District to I-1 Industrial District. e. Discussion and possible action regarding the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit on approximately 41 acres of land owned by Fred & Pamela Wolf and approximately 11 acres of land owned by John Wick for use as a manufacturing establishment. f.
