      - Ran Best Practice Analyzer against entire organization
      - Worked with Microsoft FrontBridge for Anti-Spam and NDR issues mail system was having.
      - Found other area’s that needed to be addressed right away
        - Work on those areas and corrected the problems
   Server Environment
    - Drew up Visio document on the Complete Active Directory and Exchange Structure and Cloud
    - Corrected Domain and Active directory problems, including replication issues
    - Installed and setup Terminal Server
    - Wrote up analysis and documented steps to better the environment.
