       Led the production integration of Slumberland and Dunlopillo products into the
        Huntingdon site following the closure of the Hilding Anders (UK) Oldham site
       Managed improvements in customer service by controlling ‘on time’ and ‘in full’
        delivery performance, reduced leadtimes and introduced backlog management
       Enabled a number of cost-saving initiatives including quality, material utilisation,
        process simplification, manpower reduction, layout changes and stock reduction
       Developed and restructured the operations management team from a traditional and
        relatively unskilled performance into a professional approach
       Made significant contribution to profit (quadrupled 2004 - 7 to >9% PBT) with
        associated increase in cash position to ~£10M in 2007
