NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (employee) FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which being hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of my being employed by____________________ (the "Company"), I the undersigned, ("Employee") hereby agree that upon the termination of my employment, I shall not compete with the Company, or its successors or assigns. The term "not compete", as used in this agreement, means that I shall not directly or indirectly own, be employed by or work on behalf of any firm engaged in a business substantially similar and/or competitive with the Company.
