1 Introduction
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to breakdown the deliverables in a project to their lowest level, so that tasks may be created to complete the deliverables. It is a development document used for planning, not reporting. It is expected that the document will become more detailed as more about the project is known.

This document is intended as a working document for the Project team only. It is not for general circulation, and is not intended to report on the project.
