California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR). Available online in PDF format: www.cdpr.ca.gov/cfdocs/apps/schoolipm/training/main.cfm?crumbs_list=1,39 To implement the training requirement of the Healthy Schools Act of 2000, the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) will conduct integrated pest management (IPM) trainings for school districts throughout the state to help school districts adopt IPM programs and least-hazardous pest management practices. Associated with the workshops are curricula designed for districts that need resources to train their own staff. Each curriculum describes how to present a training workshop, and includes lists of tools and books you need as well as background information. Though designed for school districts, the curriculum is equally applicable in teaching vertebrate pest management to agriculture students.
