PROJECT DESCRIPTION
  Provide a brief summary description of the project.
  The “elevator speech” approach
  Imagine that you are in an elevator with the executive sponsor or Cabinet Secretary and
  can take advantage of the few minutes to pitch the project. You have a limited amount of
  that person’s attention to sell the problem and the solution to the problem.
PROJECT CONTEXT
  We need to evolve a way of graphically representing the context of the project that
  pictures the technology, the organization(s), groups being impacted, and the nature of the
  changes the project will bring to bear.
  The context diagram below can be edited in MS PowerPoint or the project can substitute
  its own visual. The idea is to provide an easy way of portraying the context into which
  the project will place its business solution.
  The bullet points in the text boxes can be accessed by double clicking on the boxes.
CHANGE IMPACT ANALYSIS
 This section focuses on the broad category of change that the project will be
 implementing, not on the specific detail of application screens. The focus is not on the
 desired business objectives, but rather on the means that will be used to bring about these
 goals.
