Lacerta provides in-house package design and development for a wide range of products and services from assembly to complete package. We are flexible and maintain the ability to absorb changing leadtime and unexpected scheduling changes. We provide inventory control with a secured facility to handle sensitive and valuable products.

All molds are made from Hi-grade aluminum assuring a consistent and accurate finish.
Latest technology in production equipment for high speed and precision thermoforming, producing custom clamshells, trays and blisters.
The finished products are regularly inspected and quality controlled to meet our customer’s requirements and our own demanding standards.
Capabilities include: heat sealing, RF sealing, shrink and overwrapping, assembly, cartoning, labeling, palletizing, shipping, disassemble, clean, rework and repack.

RECYCLING
Lacerta's strength and experience in recycling has enabled us to offer our customers packaging solutions which will meet their environmental concerns. We offer a wide range of recycled materials such as RPET, HIPS, PP, PVC, and PETG also Eco-friendly ✳ NatureWorks® PLA (Corn-based plastic resin) made from 100% annually renewable resources. We recycle all of our production waste and scrap.
