Please sign and date the contract and mail contract with the $50 fee to CAPS promptly. Services will commence upon receipt of contract and contract fee.
Contract of Services and Fees
Party Assistant: $50 contract fee + $20/hr
Overtime: Any time beyond the above contracted services will cost $20.00 per hour and only if CAPS’ schedule permits.
Party Planning/Coordinating: $50 contract fee + 25% of total contracted service(s) cost Party Consultation (1 Hour): $50 – applied to cost of contracted services, if any Service fee for ordering supplies on behalf of client is 20% of total cost of order. Service fee for running party related errands is $.50 per mile Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check and paypal. There is a $35 service fee on all returned checks. A new contract and its fee will be required for each new date(s) of service. It is understood by both parties (Client and CAPS) that the $50 contract fee paid at the signing of this contract is non-refundable unless services are cancelled by CAPS. Fees for services rendered will be collected once contracted services have been completed on the day of the event. Client agrees to pay full amount of contracted services even if Client actually uses CAPS for less time than booked.
