CM Conference (LOCATION CHANGE):
The Consequence Management Conference (11 – 12 Sep) will be held at the Defense
Threat Reduction Center, Conference Room “H”, 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Fort
Belvoir, VA 22060-6201, http://www.dtra.mil/about/find_us.cfm and will be by
invitation only. Invited participants should send visit requests to DTRA Visitor Control
IAW information at http://www.dtra.mil/about/Visit/VisitProcedure.cfm.
Visit requests can be faxed to DTRA Visitor Control at (703) 767-7857. Please do not
send a visit request to DTRA for the CM portion of the conference unless you have
received an invitation specifically for the CM Conference.
STRATCOM COCOM CWMD and CHRWG Conferences:
The COCOM CWMD Conference (13 – 14 Sep), and CHRWG Conference (15 Sep) will
be held at the Analytic Services Inc. Shirlington Facility, 2900 South Quincy Street, Suite
800, Arlington, VA 22206. Due to conference room size, attendance will be limited to
one hundred twenty five (125) people. There is on-site parking available for attendees.
Attendees must park in an ANSER RESERVED parking space from the 4th floor to the
top of the garage. Towing is being aggressively enforced and cars will be towed if not
parked in designated spaces.
Attendees must register NLT 01 Sep 2006. Contact the conference managers after 1 Sep
to register. Primary registration means and conference information will be via the
SIPRNET website: https://www.stratcom.smil.mil/conferences/cwmdcm/registration/
A $10.00 conference fee will be collected at the door for the 13-14 COCOM CWMD
Conference (reimbursable on travel claim).
Security clearance information: conference discussions are expected to be conducted up
to secret level. Therefore, the conference will be limited to U.S. citizens with a Secret
U.S. citizens should have their security managers send clearance information to the
ANSER security manager, fax (703) 416-8408, voice confirmation (703) 416-4459, NLT
01 Sep 2006.

BRIEFINGS: Request that electronic copies of briefings be provided to the conference
POC NLT 05 Sep 06. Upon completion of the conference, materials will be posted on
this web site.
UNIFORM/ATTIRE: Military: duty uniform. Civilians / Contractors: appropriate
MESSING: Government messing will not be available. Lunch will be provided on 13
Sep. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Information on restaurants

BILLETING: Government billeting will not be available. Attendees must arrange their
own off-base billeting. A number of off-base hotels/motels are available. Information on
