Note: Mentors will not know who their buddies are until the first week of school, because
pairing together mentors and buddies will not be done until then.

Duties of the Mentor:

   1. Meet your buddy at the BBQ that will be held for all frosh and mentors.

   2. Provide informal advice regarding course selection. Inform the buddy of the
      academic standards and policies of the Williams School of Business and
      Economics and Bishop's University.

   3. Show how to access their Bishop’s email account and stress the importance of
      frequently doing so.

   4. To attend all meetings and events held as part of the Mentorship Program.

   5. To inform all BUCS Buddies of upcoming BUCS events and information in
      addition to the mentorship program.

   6. To attempt to ensure that the first year students transition from high
      school/CEGEP is as smooth as possible.
