Rental Contract for CEDAR TRAIL TRUCKEE, CA.
1. I understand that my arrival at the home will be after 3:00 pm on ____________ date. If there are no housekeeping conflicts entry may be earlier. 2. I understand that my departure will be by 12:00 pm on __________ date.
3. I have given a $300 deposit to the house management to be held until the housekeeping staff has had an opportunity to view the home. Any damage or theft or not complying with the rules of the house will be taken out of the deposit. Any damage or theft above $300 will be pursued through legal channels. 4. I have given the house management a non-refundable fee of $150 for the service cleaning of the home and trash removal. 5. I understand I must pay the house management half of the rental fee/cleaning fee and the $300 deposit upon booking the cabin in order to hold my spot. The remainder and the fee to be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior or the deposit will be forfeited. Negotiable time-frame for last minute inquires. 6. The total fee for the rental will be ___________, which includes the 10% occupancy tax, nightly rental at $________/night, deposit and cleaning fee. 7. I have read the checkout procedures and house rules and will abide by them.
