Phase Two: Web Site Creation Phase two consists of: site photography, body page creation, database creation, critique of designs, gathering body copy, and preparing site for search engine acceptance. __________ $200 Web Site Hosting (per year) __________ $200-5,000 Search Engine placement (per year) __________ $30-300 Domain Name (per year) __________ $75-300 Photography Sessions and digital manipulation __________ $250-10,000 Database Creation and Implementation ($60/hr.) __________ $20/hr Travel and Training (Database Training, Travel Expenses) __________ $25 Each Email Address Created / $10 Each Redirected Email __________ $100-500 Home Page Creation __________ $60-200 Each Body Page Creation ($60/hr) One half of total estimated cost is due at the signing of this contract. Any other costs are due on a monthly billing cycle. Phase Three: Web Site Upkeep Upkeep is based on a “by-the-minute” format. Most common changes/fixes are completed within a 15-minute window. The cost is $1/min universally. Billing for any update work is monthly. Strohm Graphics cannot be held responsible for miscommunications between clients and their customers and cannot be held liable for poor marketing results. Strohm Graphics also reserves the right to discontinue client services if payment is not received when due. We cannot be held responsible for issues of hacking, theft, or unwanted digital manipulation that might occur on any of our web sites.
