Eileen Bray has extensive training experience with different levels of audience, allowing her to develop strong oral
and written communication skills. She’s been an IT desktop applications trainer. She’s at the advanced level of
Office, having used it and taught Office 95/97/2000/XP/2003/2007 as well as writing macros. She has handled
logistics in her own public training courses and workshops as well as various teamwork oriented organizations that
she’s consulted to. She has taught both technical courses (including programming languages) and interpersonal
communications, thus combining both her technical and psychology background allowing her flexibility to flourish.
She’s taught at the college level at three colleges in the USA as well as secondary school level in ENGLAND. She
has also delivered instructor led training, 1:1 sessions, workshops, and seminars. As a detailed oriented person,
she’s developed courses and course materials for the end user, applications programmers/developers in addition to
management and executive staff at various organizations. She has developed participant and instructor's guides,
tests and training evaluations. She has also worked on large–scale migration projects on IBM mainframes. Eileen is
self–motivated and maintains an outgoing, friendly personality with a professional presentation and excellent
communication skills—being an NLP trainer. Having no local responsibilities, she is available to travel when, or if
