Spectra Logic produces and maintains SCSI/Fibre based tape data backup libraries and disk arrays.
These backup solutions are supported on various server operating systems (Windows 2000, Windows
2003, Unix, Linux, Solaris, Mac OS X, AIX, HP-UX, etc.)

02/2007 – Present – Hardware Support Technician
     Provide hardware support of backup tape library and disk arrays manufactured by Spectra Logic.
     Isolate and escalate bugs to engineering and development
     Troubleshoot complex customer and internal technical issues.
     A member of the on-call rotation for our 24x7 clients, working remotely to resolve incidents.
     Help clients to support various remote backup software solutions including :

     Provide Tier III technical support to AMD’s emerging markets customer support centers around
