A list of textbooks that may be used in American colleges of veterinary medicine is available at

school/college libraries or purchased through college bookstores.

Educational Programs
The following educational institution has informed ECFVG that they offer an instructional
program designed to prepare graduates of foreign colleges of veterinary medicine for practice in
the United States, and for the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) and
ECFVG certification:

       Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine Academic Review Program.
       The program accommodates seven veterinarians and involves auditing third year
       veterinary classes in the morning in preparation for the NAVLE, with afternoon study in
       the library. No college credit is given. Please go to the following website for further

       Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine Academic Review Program.
       The Department of Clinical Sciences offers an Academic Review Program (ARP) that is
       designed to give foreign veterinary graduates the opportunity to hear third year current
       lecture material in the classroom and access resource material in out library in order to
       facilitate their preparation for the clinical training and/or licensure examination. No
