What is the Towamencin Township Community Partnership Program?
The Towamencin Township Community Partnership program provides area businesses a
chance to positively market their company by supporting Towamencin Township special
events. Many people call these sponsorships; however we look at them as partnerships. In
2009 the township will hold many special events throughout the year, many of which are
free. In order for us to provide these popular events to the community we must find outside
funding to help offset the increasing costs that these events incur. This is where your
support comes in. We need you to help us meet our goal of $10,000 in Community Support.
How Does This Benefit You?
There is a great sense of pride and satisfaction that comes with supporting
community events. One of the keys to a successful business is to build and keep
relationships with current and potential customers. There is no better way to build
this relationship than by supporting a community event. This expresses to the
community that you are interested in their wellbeing and happiness. We offer
many different ways that you can utilize your support at our special events. One of
the best ways is by having a representative at our events. For more ways to utilize
your support please view our sponsorship levels.
Partnership Perks
We are willing to work with each business individually on how you would like to be a partner. Whether you give $50 or
$5000, every partnership is valuable to us. When you reach certain levels of partnership you will receive several perks
for your generous donation.

2009 SPECIAL EVENTS
Egg Hunt - April 4
This popular event allows kids to go in search of some hidden and not so
hidden eggs.
Spring Concert - May 8
Come out and watch local school groups perform in our newly built
Arneth Entertainment Center at Fischer’s Park.
Kid’s Fishing Derby - May 2
One of our most popular family events, the Kids Fishing Derby allows
kids 12 and under to catch some fish in our stocked stream at Fischer’s
Park. Prizes are awarded to the biggest and smallest fish caught.
Summer Concert Series - July 16, Aug 6

Our 2 annual summer concert season hopes to bring many out to the Arneth Entertainment Center at Fischer’s Park
to enjoy the sounds of a great summer night. Performing this year will be Beatles Tribute Band “Almost Fab” and the
“Montgomery County Concert Band”
Movies in the Park - July 2, July 30
Watch a movie under the stars in the park. This popular event provides the community a unique way to spend a
summer night.
Flick-n-Float - June 21, Aug. 23
Enjoy a dip while watching a flick in our newly renovated pool
complex.
Pumpkin Fest and Star Watching Party- Oct. 2
Enjoy the fall season with this great family event. A not so scary story
time, pumpkin painting, cider and cookies help ring in the fall season.
Turkey Trot 5k - Nov. 21
One of our signature events, last year’s Turkey Trot 5k had over 400
runners! Frozen turkey given to the overall male and female winner.
Holiday Lights Festival at Fischer’s Park - Dec 11 & 12
Come out and enjoy Fischer’s Park all lit up for the holidays. Enjoy
the season with a surrey ride around the park. Local Musicians will
perform holiday classics.

Bustard Park Ball Field Signs
New Sign $335 - Includes 4ft x 8ft vinyl banner, art work, and storage
Yearly sign renewal $160 - Must be a previous participant in this program.
Signs are located on the outfield fence of the primary baseball field at Bustard Park. A great way to show your support
for Local Youth Sports!
Holiday Lights Display at Fischer’s Park
Each year we decorate Fischer’s Park for the holidays with lights and other festive decorations. This display is enjoyed
by hundreds of people each year. Your support helps us provide new and exciting decorations for this popular tradition.
Have your donor sign lit up with the decorations.
Summer Camp Shirts
We provide several of our summer camps with Free T-shirts for campers. What a great way to show support for youth
programs.
We are always looking for new ways to support our events and programs. Let us know if you have any ideas.
