Dear colleagues and friends,
it is a great pleasure for me to invite you to our First Adriatic
FESS powered cadaver workshop that will be held at ENT
Department, Head and Neck Surgery of University Hospital
Centre Zagreb in April 22-23, 2010.
Our Department has had a long tradition in organization of
contemporary courses in endoscopic sinus surgery over the
years. Again this year we are taking one step ahead in our
intentions to present the most up to date procedures and
techniques regarding endoscopic sinus surgery by introduction
of our own experiences in 3D navigation for FESS.
The course will consist of plenary lectures, live surgery
demonstrating some of the most advanced procedures in
introduction
endoscopic sinus surgery and last, but not least, a 5 hours
faculty tutored hands-on lab dissection on cadavers. For this
purpose fresh frozen human cadavers will be at disposal of a
limited number of participants based on a first come-first
served basis. The participants will be guided through basic and
advanced endoscopic surgical procedures by faculty members
using the most contemporary technology.
The practical hands on lab dissection is limited on 18
participants.
Considering such a limited number of participants a prompt
registration is kindly recommend. Therefore attached you will
find a course preliminary program along with contact and
registration details.
