WAWF-RA Self Registration Instructions
Before anyone within a TMA office attempts to self-register to use WAWF, their supervisor
must have selected them as the Government official within that office who will be responsible
for reviewing and processing a given contractor’s receiving reports using WAWF. This function
is typically performed by the TMA COR appointed for the applicable TMA contract/order.
Note: In accordance with current DoD policy, TMA CORs are not authorized to approve Public
Vouchers submitted for Cost-reimbursement, Time and Materials and Labor Hour contracts.
DCAA has sole authority to verify and approve interim vouchers and the Administrative
Contracting Officer has sole authority to approve final vouchers. Within WAWF, TMA CORs
can view these documents for information purposes only. TMA CORs perform interim approval
for both contractor 2-in-1 format and COMBO format invoice/receiving reports using the
WAWF Acceptor role. TMA policy memo, dated 28 September 2009, subject: Oversight of
Receiving Reports Using Wide Area Workflow, rescinds the previous TMA requirement for a
second level review using the Local Processing Office role.
IMPORTANT: Before attempting to self-register, you must be aware of your designated
WAWF role and must also have the complete location code, including DoDAAC (HT0003) and
extension (__________) provided to you by the TMA WAWF Group Administrator (GAM) or
TMA WAWF Facilitator.
If you have questions during self registration, please contact the TMA WAWF Facilitator.
Please schedule in advance if you feel you need on-site assistance to self-register.

DD Form 2875
Now that you have self-registered, you must be activated. Only active users can log into
WAWF. The TMA Group Administrator (GAM) is responsible for activating TMA WAWF
users once they have self-registered. A completed and signed DD Form 2875 is a prerequisite
for activation. This form and TMA supplemental instructions are included as links within the
TMA WAWF On-Ramp Guide.
Complete and sign the DD Form 2875 and have your supervisor sign also. Please deliver the
signed forms to the TMA WAWF GAM at Skyline 5, Suite 550.
After receiving your DD Form 2875, the TMA WAWF GAM will activate you. You will then
get a system-generated e-mail with a one-time-use password. Log onto WAWF using the one-
time password and create a permanent password. (WAWF has very strict rules for passwords,
including no repeating characters and no two characters which also happen to be adjacent in the
alphabet, such as bc or ed. Don’t get frustrated, it usually takes two or three tries to get an
acceptable password.) ****Remember your password!****
