Outsourcing- Is it the Answer? Vital Office Solutions explores the whys, whats and hows of outsourcing to a virtual assistant. Many small businesses and professionals feel they have to “do it all” and are hesitant to share overseeing all aspects of the business. Outsourcing to a virtual assistant provides a way to get all of those mundane tasks completed without added cost of office space and equipment. First find someone that you “click” with - Hourly- when you’re not sure how many hours are needed - Retainer- you have a good idea how many hours are needed, usually involves a discounted price for paying ahead. - Per project- for those special or odd things that come up Outsourcing to a virtual assistant is a “win-win” for all. You receive quality work by a professional which in turn provides you more time to focus on clients or personal endeavors.
