ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHTS THIS ASSIGNMENT made this day of , 20 , by and between ("Assignor"), and ("Assignee"): Assignor owns all copyrights and other rights to [full description] (hereinafter the “Assigned Material”) and wishes to assign those rights to Assignee. In consideration for the payment described in the following section of this agreement, Assignor hereby transfers and assigns all copyrights and all other rights in the Assigned Material to Assignee. Assignee shall have the right to register the copyright in Assignee's own name and shall have the exclusive right to dispose of the copyright in any way Assignee sees fit. Assignor retains no rights whatsoever. The Assignor warrants to the Assignee that a copyright exists for and the Assignor owns all the copyright for the Assigned Material, that Assignor has the right to assign the copyright for the Assigned Material; that there is no dispute or pending dispute over the existence or ownership of copyright in the Assigned Material; and that the Assignee can register and dispose of the copyright in the Assigned Material in the Assignee’s own name. The assignment of this section shall take effect on , 20 . In consideration of the Assignment described above Assignee shall pay Assignor the sum of $ on , 20 .
