Your comments are currently under review and we will respond to them individually. If there are any changes, they will be incorporated into the text of the final Draft as we proceed through the formal regulatory process. Update: September 1, 2004 DAS anticipates that the official proposed Outpatient Regulations will be published in the New Jersey Register in the fall of 2004. When the proposed regulations are published in the New Jersey Register, they will also be available to view simultaneously on this website. From publication date in the New Jersey Register, there will be an additional sixty days to provide public comment in writing or by email.
