0 - UNSATISFACTORY         Consistently below minimum standards as required by the company. Requires constant
                           supervision. Fails to meet most position requirements


1-2 - IMPROVEMENT NEEDED   Incomplete knowledge of his/her position. Meets minimal requirements of position, needs
                           further attention and change in order to achieve desired results. A below average level of
                           performance.


3-4 - MEETS REQUIREMENTS   Complete knowledge of his/her position. Meets or will meet, with additional experience, the job
                           requirements on a continuous basis. Exhibits behavior/skills that are acceptable and
                           consistent

5 - EXCEEDS REQUIREMENTS   Thorough knowledge of all phases of his/her position. Continually exhibits behavior/skills
                           results that are beyond expectations. Requires minimal direction and guidance in order to
                           achieve desired results.

every time
•Reviews customers’ credit applications for complete
information and accuracy, matches customers to suitable
financial sources, and follows up with customers and lending
institutions.

lenders and financial institutions and works to understand
lending practices.

•Ability to be responsive to quickly changing demands.

paperwork, particularly at month end.

•The employee completes all required training offered by
General Motors of Canada, on time and with passing grades.
                  EXPENSES CONTROL
•The employee understands the importance of expense
control and displays a good understanding of this on the
companies’ behalf on a daily basis.
              FORCASTING & PROJECTION
•The employee annually projects and forecasts sales
numbers and submits them to management.
•The forecasts are constantly reviewed and goals are
projected as a result
