Building a list of schools in your town/ city, periodically visiting them and making presentations regarding ISR Programs offered by ISR to Institutions. 2. Coordinating between the institutions that sign up with ISR to ensure smooth progress of the assignment test, training programs, competitions and other activities. This would involve as an example - collection of lists of participating institutions, ensuring question papers reach institution, collection of answer sheets and distributing analysis to the institution. 3. Following-up on activities conducted in schools and get feedback from students and teachers. This would help ISR identify new opportunities that ISR can service in the institutions. 4. Reporting on a regular basis to the Relationship Manager of your region. 5. The Regional Manager will assist you and will be available for any training, guidance and support you might need to perform your role effectively. Desired Profiles 1. Good communication skills and an attitude of accepting challenges. 2. University Professors with an orientation towards School Education preferred. 3. Homemakers who have worked previously and who can devote upto 4 hours a day have been very successful as Advisors. 4. Ready to work on a freelance basis.
