This is called the “General Search
Page.” Each county’s General Search
Page has the same format and options,
with a few exceptions. 4
To search by book and page number
1. If you know the clerk’s initials, include those in the “Clerk’s Initials” box. Do not use
any punctuation. If you do not know the clerk’s initials, leave this field blank. If
there is more than one clerk with that book number, the system will automatically
provide a list of clerk’s initials that correspond to the appropriate book numbers.
See page 7 for an example.

2. In the “Book” box, type the book number you wish to view.
3. Click inside the “Page” box. (You can also use the tab key to move to “Page” box.)

1. “Date Recorded, “ tells the user when the instrument was officially recorded in the court house.
