1. If available, Appraisal dated from 2003 to present. 2. Documented Asking Price if listed for Sale. 3. Documented Physical or Functional Problems. (Such as: roof repairs needed, paving repairs, HVAC, siding, not enough parking, etc.) 4. Signed/Dated Closing Statement if purchased with in the last 3 years. 5.
